This Winter Alishan is highly aromatic, full-bodied and extremely well plucked and processed.  Unlike many green alishan's, this lovely tea has been traditionally crafted, with deeper oxidation and heavier roasting to give it a full body and aromatics that will knock your socks off.  Perfect to drink in any season. A wonderful relief from the bitter high mountain oolongs that have been circulating.
